Meik Bartoschek aka Rivelino started his Magic Career in 1972 in Hamburg / Germany. His Dad showed him a simple rope trick for Christmas and Meik was hooked.
“I was fortunate enough to work for Zauber Bartl Hamburg aka Janos Bartl where I met my long-time friend and mentor Nils Nielsen shortly after my passion for magic emerged and for the next 10 years he taught me everything he knew.”
For almost 25 years Meik had an opportunity to perform thousands of magic shows: Weddings, Birthdays, Cruise Ships, Resorts, Conventions and Product Marketing, giving him a unique chance to hone his skills, develop his unique comedy style and eventually develop his famous comedy act that made him German Champion in Comedy Magic at the “Free German Championships” and a household name at Magic Conventions, Workshops and Lectures. He worked for Zauber Bartl Hamburg for 10 years and was co-owner of Zauberkreisel Hamburg Magic Shop in the early 1980’s. “Most of the items for sale are part of a collection that reflects this period of my life that was filled with joy, laughter, surprises and astonishment. Now it’s time to release these treasured items back into the magic community for others to enjoy”
